Feeling Queasy? Expecting a little one? You have a case of morning sickness.
Why do we experience morning sickness? Well, a rapid increase of hormones may explain some of these symptoms. Morning sickness can actually come at anytime of the day, but most women complain in the morning and as the day goes on. It can affect up to 75% of pregnant women and you begin feeling the side affects around 6 weeks. No worries new mommies, it subsides around 14 weeks.

Great article about the study published in the Journal of Pediatrics. It discusses the health and cost benefits of breastfeeding exclusively for 6 months and then complementing breastfeeding with other foods at 6 months. The US falls so short with these goals. Why do you think that it?
